Motorcycle Bells

Trying to help my brother research the Suzuki M109r motorcycle. Any opinion will help.?

From what he tells me it looks like the 109 is a good bike but he’s been riding a sport bike for a while so I need to know anything you can tell me from the good the bad and ugly. If there are bikes out there you think are better let us know. Just know that our Mom lost a leg on a Harley so he thinks they are really bad luck (something about not having a bell).

The Suzuki M109 is a good bike, but for the extra cc’s, you don’t get extra performance. I am riding a Yamaha (Star) Tour Deluxe, and it has plenty of power. It is 4 cyl, though, not a twin. It also has an annoying little whine at lower speeds and sounds like a sewing machine, but I love it. Look at the Star Roadliner as an option. That is a great bike.
